Budget dining room for students just in the place where there are a lot of students. At lunchtime you can always order the first, second, compote / juice and dessert, paying a sane amount for it. Even though I am not a student, I eat in Kazachka almost every day. The food, of course, is not like in a restaurant, but prices are also far from the restaurant. Just 4 points.
